Ingredients:
• Flour – 200–220 g
• Sugar – 200 g
• Vegetable oil – 60 ml
• Eggs – 3
• Kefir (or yogurt) – 250 g
• Baking powder – 10 g
• Vanilla
• A pinch of salt
• 2 tbsp cocoa
. 2 tablespoons milk
. 90g chocolate
. 60 g 33% cream
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30–35 minutes.
