INGREDIENTS 
3 EGGS
65g flour
75g sugar 
vegetable oil
vanilla extract 
2tsp white vinegar 
Instructions:
Preheat Oven – Set to 160°C (320°F) and grease your loaf tin.
Whip Egg Whites – Beat egg whites with cream of tartar (or lemon juice) or white vinegar  until foamy.
Add Sugar Gradually – Slowly add granulated sugar.
Fold in Dry Ingredients – Sift flour. Gently fold them into the egg mixture with a spatula.
Bake – Pour into the tin and bake for 20 to 25
